Two persons suffered fracture injuries.

There are statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicating all the petitioners in such incident and assault resulting in two persons suffering grievous hurt.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5764 of 2023 is disposed of.
