Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, police filed charge-sheet. Co-accused was granted bail. Therefore, no need for custodial interrogation for the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that number of stolen mobile phones were recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5766 of 2023 is disposed of.
