1. Considering the grounds mentioned in the memorandum of review, this Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the record or any new evidence brought by the petitioner calling for review of the order dated 30.11.2023.

2. Accordingly, Review petition is disposed of.

3. Passing of the aforesaid order shall not prevent the petitioner from either approaching the State Administrative Tribunal or the authorities under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for agitating his grievance in accordance with law.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
