It is also submitted that new incumbent has joined as District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas in the meantime.

Leave is granted to learned advocate for the applicant to amend cause-title of the contempt application by adding new incumbent as additional alleged contemnor in course of this day.

Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve notice enclosing a copy of this order and a copy of the contempt application upon the additional alleged contemnor by ten days from date and file affidavit of service on the next date.

List the contempt application under the same heading in Combined Monthly List of June, 2025.

However, pendency of this contempt proceeding shall not preclude the alleged contemnor to comply with the order dated 15th February, 2017.
