Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner to implead the Co-operative Election Commission as party respondent in the instant writ petition and serve a copy of the writ petition upon Mr. Srijan Nayak, learned advocate who is present in Court and who usually represents the Co-operative Election Commission before this Court.

The election of the Mundukhola Baksagarh Samabay Krishi Unayan Samity Ltd fell due on February 16, 2016. The same has not been conducted till date.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Cooperative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
