Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which he has been implicated in connection with Hariharpara PS Case No. 528/2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated because of political vendetta.

Learned advocate has prayed for transfer of the investigation to a specialized investigating agency. I have considered the accusations made in the complaint instituted by Abubakkar Sk with the police authorities which names and assigns a specific role of the present petitioner.

Having considered the nature of the accusations and that the investigation of the case is under progress at this stage I am not inclined to

transfer the investigation until and unless the present investigating agency arrives at its logical conclusion. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court at the appropriate stage after the report under section 193 of the BNSS is filed.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30628 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
