1. Co-accused was enlarged on bail by the order dated February 19, 2025 passed in CRM(DB) 4164 of 2024.

2. Both the names of the co-accuseds as well as that of the petitioner transpire from a statement of another co-accused recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

3. In view of the fact that the co-accused was enlarged on bail, we extend the same facility to the petitioner before us.

4. Consequently, we grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Berhampore, MUrshidabad

subject to condition that the petitioners shall appear before the learned trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

6. In the event, the petitioners fail to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinbefore, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court.

7. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

8. CRM (DB) 4442 of 2024 is disposed of.
