The writ petitioner is seeking a right to get a dole from the State on account of development of rural sports. The petitioner is a club engaged in various sporting activities and has already received a sum of rupees two lakhs as a 'one-time grant' from the government. 3.

The petitioner's case is that several other clubs in the district have been given a further sum of rupees one lakh, which has been denied to the petitioner. The petitioner was unable to show any right or entitlement under any statute or law, rules or regulations that entitles him to get such sum of rupees one lakh. 4.

In view of aforestated, there is no right of the petitioner which has been infringed, for which a writ can be issued on any of the respondent authorities. Thus, the writ petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
