1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified in the course of test identification parade examination. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused who has been enlarged on bail. The said co-accused had not been identified during test identification parade examination. Under such circumstances and in view of nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
