1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Recovery from the petitioner is above commercial quantity.

Recovery was videographed. In this backdrop, non-compliance of requirements under Section 41B of the Code of Criminal Procedure would not improbabilise recovery of narcotics and justify grant of bail. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
