1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is charged in a case of penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Victim is yet to be examined. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and examine the victim at the earliest.
