2. The petitioner alleges that despite payment of the quoted amount as per the quotation raised by the Distribution Company Limited, electricity connection has not been provided.

3. Learned advocate representing the Distribution Company Limited submits, upon instruction that, as the harvesting season was on, accordingly, electricity connection could not be given.

4. The Distribution Company Limited is directed to provide electricity connection to the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
