Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. There was prior enmity between two families. Case and counter case have been registered. Allegation of attempt to rape appears to be embellished. Possibility of false implication due to prior enmity cannot be ruled out. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall Signed By :

appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
