The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated December 19, 2024 directing the concerned Pradhan to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

Mr. Mondal, appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, a meeting to consider the subject representation has been fixed on May 8, 2025.

In view of the above and the submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnors, let expeditious steps be taken to positively dispose of the representation in terms of the order dated December 19, 2024. Accordingly, nothing survives in the application.

CPAN 416 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Pradhan to consider and dispose of the representation within four weeks from date.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application, if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Pradhan forthwith.
