Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We are informed that one of the victims has been examined in part. Other victim is yet to be examined. 3.

Under such circumstances, we do not wish to consider the bail application of the petitioner at this stage.

4. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 5.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to pray for bail after examination of both the victims.
