3. Stolen cash from a bank in a case of dacoity was recovered from the possession of three petitioners.
4. Petitioners were arrested from Behar.
5. Possibility of absconsion of the petitioners, if granted bail, exists.
6. Out of 56 prosecution witnesses 21 stand examined.
7. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and the fact that trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
8. Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
9. CRM (DB) 4427 of 2024 is dismissed.
