CAN 1 of 2025 has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Sufficient grounds have been made out in the instant application explaining such delay. Hence, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

Re: MAT 2310 of 2024 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant/PPF authorities that both withdrawal of PF as also the benefit of the pension scheme run by the PPF authorities has been extended to the respondents.

In that view of the matter, since the impugned order has been complied with by settling the claim of the petitioner on a withdrawal basis, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this matter.

Therefore, MAT 2310 of 2024 shall stand disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
