1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant criminal revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated November 30, 2023 in criminal appeal no.53 of 2023 was pending before the learned District Judge in connection with the proceeding under Section 23 of DV Act.

2. During pendency of this proceeding, there is change circumstances as the marital tie between the parties have come to an end with Khulanama and accordingly written instruction has been given by the petitioner for withdrawal of this proceeding. Let the written instruction be taken on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party also considered to such fact. Therefore, in view of the joint prayer made before this Court, let this revisional application be dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
