In re :- I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2023 This is an application described as an application for leave to appeal against an order dated December 20, 2023 passed by a learned Judge of our Court in CPAN 290 of 2023 arising out of WPA 23279 of 2022. The applicants are not parties to the contempt proceedings. They say that the order sought to be impugned adversely affects them.

The application contains no prayer for leave to appeal. It has been drafted without any application of mind. The prayers in this application and in the stay application are identical.

The application being CAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed. Consequently, the appeal being MAT 2563 of 2023 and the stay application being CAN 2 of 2023 also stand dismissed.
