1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, name of the petitioner no. 2 was given only as Golam Chisti Mallik @ Chisti Mollick in the cause title of the application for anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner has been referred to as Kisthi Mollick in the FIR. In fact, the petitioner no. 2 is known by different aliases and his name should actually be recorded as Golam Chisti Mallik @ Chisti Mollick @ Kisthi Mollick.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

3. Let the name of the petitioner no. 2 in the order dated 23.12.2024 may accordingly be corrected to be Golam Chisti Mallik @ Chisti Mollick @ Kisthi Mollick and the order dated 23.12.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

4. In view of the lapse of time, let the petitioner appear before the jurisdictional Court and appear for regular bail within four weeks from date.

5. With the above observations, CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
