1. Prayer for relaxation of the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Bench while granting bail on 14th February, 2025 has been filed.

2. The Prosecution has furnished the report. Let it be kept on record, which reveals that the petitioner is complying with the direction, so imposed.

3. It is further submitted that four witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Therefore, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner is regularly complying with the directions, the condition imposed upon him to appear before the Santipur Police Station once on a week is hereby modified to once in a month, until further order.

5. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
