We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners assaulted the victim with iron rod and hasua. He suffered various injuries including fracture.

In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
