By this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court, Barasat to dispose of Misc. Case No.97 of 2022 arising out of T. S. No.186 of 2012 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the miscellaneous case is otherwise ready for hearing.

C. O. No.4413 of 2024 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court, Barasat shall make an endeavour to dispose of Misc. Case No.97 of 2022 expeditiously, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing.
