We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the injured implicate the petitioners in the assault. Victim suffered fracture injuries. Petitioners do not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail on the ground of their old age or gender. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
