It has also been alleged by the petitioner that instead of informing the police authorities, no case has been initiated either by them or their superiors.

Counsel, submits a report prepared by the officer-in-charge of Mandarmoni Coastal Police Station, Purba Medinipur.

In view of the nature of the dispute relating to demarcation and construction of the boundary wall, the petitioner would preferably approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate orders.

The police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and tranquility takes place because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30891 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
