Chaudhuri Ms. Gopa Menon ... for the respondent no.7 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although the property belongs to him, he is unable to erect boundary wall because of the resistance by the private respondents, who are influential persons.

It has also been alleged by the petitioner that instead of informing the police authorities, no case has been initiated either by them or their superiors.

Mr. Banerjee, ld. Senior Standing Counsel, submits a report prepared by the

officer-in-charge of Mandarmoni Coastal Police Station, Purba Medinipur.

In view of the nature of the dispute relating to demarcation and construction of the boundary wall, the petitioner would preferably approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate orders.

The police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and tranquility takes place because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30590 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be

handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
