The petitioner submits that the Corporation is going to invoke Section 400 (8) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, in this matter.

Learned advocate appearing for the Corporation submits that the Corporation has not yet decided under which provision of law, they will proceed. This writ petition is prematured and the same is dismissed.

WPA 30439 of 2024 is dismissed.
