Order dated 21.09.2016 granting bail to the opposite party Nos.2 to 7 has been assailed. Learned Judge had considered the materials on record in the case diary. Investigation is complete and the opposite party Nos.2 to 7 were in detention for more than four months. Allegation of misuse of liberty relates to 2016. No contemporaneous complaint with regard to misuse of liberty is placed before us.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail.

Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is dismissed.
