The writ petitioners are represented by their learned Counsel.

The written instruction dated May 6, 2024 as filed by the learned Counsel for the writ petitioners is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners has handed over a letter dated May 6, 2024 whereby the writ petitioners requested their learned Counsel not to proceed with the instant writ petition since the dispute between the writ petitioners and the respondents have been settled in the meantime.

At this stage attention of mine is drawn to the order dated 08.04.2024 as passed by this Court whereby and whereunder the instant matter was sent to the mediation committee.

I have also perused the final report of the mediator including the terms of settlement as arrived by and between the petitioners and the respondents in course of mediation.

6.

In view of the facts and circumstances as discussed (supra), the instant writ petition being WPA 25881 of 2012 is disposed of.

7.

The terms of settlement dated April 26, 2024 as arrived by and between the petitioners and the respondents including the final report of the mediator as forwarded by the Officer-in-Charge, Mediation Centre, High Court at Calcutta shall form part of the final order of the instant writ petition.

All parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
