On the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, since there is a formal defect in the petition, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action in compliance of the forms prescribed under the Writ Rules.

Accordingly, this writ petition, WPA 30986 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

It is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
