1. This contempt application has been filed alleging that the respondent Corporation, namely, Howrah Municipal Corporation has not complied with the direction issued in the writ petition.

2. This appears to be incorrect on the applicant own showing as already notices have been issued on 19th July, 2024 and 9th August, 2024 which show that the authorities have proceeded further.

3. While disposing the writ petition time limit of three months was given.

4. It appears from that the facts and circumstances that this time is insufficient.

5. Therefore, we direct the municipal authorities to conclude the proceedings after hearing all concerned

and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of server copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.
