An order dated August 25, 2014 passed by the West DL-19 19.06.2023 Court No.5 (AD) Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal In O.A. 1632 of 2014 is under challenge in the present writ petition. By the impugned order, the learned Tribunal did not return any final finding. No rights of the parties were decided. The Tribunal fixed a date when, the Tribunal required the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer to produce the lower court records relating to case No.12 of 1997, 01 of 1997 and 04 of 2003.

Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioners contends that, the original application is yet to be finally decided. During the pendency of the writ petition and the original application, there is an order passed in appeal. He may be allowed to produce such appeal at the time of hearing of the original application.

Since no rights of the parties were decided by the impugned order, we do not find it appropriate to intervene in the present writ petition.

The parties are at liberty to canvass their points before the Tribunal in accordance with law.

WPLRT 345 of 2014 and the connected application are disposed of.
