2. This writ-petition seeking payments in excess of Rs.27 lakhs from the respondents, seems to have served its purpose since a substantial part of the payment has been made with assurance from the respondents to pay the balance amount shortly.

3. The petitioner, therefore, does not wish to proceed with the instant writ-petition.

4. Accordingly, WPA 30794 of 2024 is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
