On perusing the said compliance affidavit and after hearing both Mr. Dhar and Mr.

Chattopadhyay substantially it appears to this Court that the petitioner should be granted an opportunity to deal with the said compliance report by way of an affidavit. Accordingly, the petitioner shall file counter affidavit to the affidavit of compliance on or before September 12, 2025.

The matter shall appear under the heading 'Contempt Application (Hearing)' on November 7, 2025.
