of under Section 406/420/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1988 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court at Calcutta.

The revisional application being CRR 4004 of 2012 was filed on 11.12.2011 by one learned advocate Mr. Daanish Haque praying for quashing of the aforesaid proceedings. During the pendency of the instant revisional application being CRR 4004 of 2012 the petitioner had filed a new revisional application being CRR 1925 of 2017 based on the self-same police case as aforesaid praying for same relief. Such an act on the part of the petitioner as well as the learned advocates cannot be acceptable and is reprehensible.

The present revisional application is dismissed with a warning to the petitioner as well as the learned advocate

representing the petitioner to be cautious in future and refrain from such dubious act to defraud the Court.
