The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against an order dated January 20, 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, in Criminal Appeal No. 89 of 2011 under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
In terms of the impugned order, the Trial Court condoned the delay in preferring the appeal on payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/-`. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the cost part. Prayer for modification of the order part was also turned down. On perusal of the application as well as annexures filed therein it appears that the impugned order demands no interference by this Court after lapse of more than ten years. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed on merit.
