The present appeal has been preferred against an order whereby the custody application of the appellant was dismissed on the ground that the child has attained majority on October 28, 2024.

We do not find any illegality in the impugned order. 3.

As such, FMA No. 242 of 2025 is dismissed under Order XLI, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 4.

CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.

There will be no order as to costs.
