....for the contemnors At the time of call accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the contempt applicants. However, alleged contemnors are represented by the learned advocates.

On behalf of the alleged contemnors in terms of the order dated 18th April, 2023 a report in the form of affidavit affirmed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Birbhum has been filed and the same is taken on record.

The learned advocate for the alleged contemnors submits that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 8th July, 2019 has been complied with upon issuance of Memo dated 4th April, 2023. This Court finds that the Memo dated 4th April, 2023 issued by the concerned District Inspector of Schools is enclosed at pages 5-6 of the report.

In view of the decision taken by the

authorities as disclosed in the Memo dated 4th April, 2023, contempt application stands disposed of. Contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the alleged contemnors to take steps in accordance with law against the decisions of the authorities. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
