Petitioners have approached this court being aggrieved by the act and action of the police authorities as well as the bank authorities.

Having considered the subject matter of the application, I find that the writ petition is not maintainable.

Petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum under the SARFAESI Act.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of the state.

WPA 30574 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
