1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the case in connection with GR Case No. 1713 of 2019 under Sections 498A/323/34 IPC read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has prayed for a direction upon the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.

3. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned counsel usually appears for the State before this Court, is requested to represent for the State and his appointment be regularized by the competent authority.

4. With regard to the service upon the opposite party No.2 stands dispensed with in terms of nature of prayer of this revisional application.

5. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur is requested to dispose of the case being GR 1713 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Petitioners are at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Judge for necessary compliance.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
