It appears from the submissions made on behalf of all the parties that the Taxi Association has vacated the railway land.

The contractor, Dilip Kumar Yadav, has been requested to take over possession by a communicating letter dated 3rd March, 2025 issued by the Assistant Commercial Manager/CA, Eastern Railway, Asansol. The contractor has not taken possession of the plot in question allegedly because the access area to the

parking lot is blocked by the members of the Taxi Association.

The contractor has brought to the notice of the railway authority that the parking lot is encroached by infiltrators and local political union who has parked their vehicles inside the parking lot. 4.

The contractor prays for a direction upon the Railway Protection Force to ensure that the access way to the parking lot is kept clear.

Both the aforesaid writ petitions are disposed of by directing that the railway authority shall ensure that the contractor is in position to use the parking lot effectively for his business. If any obstruction is caused by any party whatsoever, it will be open for the railways to remove such obstruction. 6.

The writ petitions stand disposed of.

The letter by the Assistant Manager/CA, Eastern Railway, Asansol dated 3rd March, 2025 and the letter by the learned advocate of the petitioner dated 4th March, 2025 are retained with the records. 8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
