Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eyewitnesses/injured witnesses implicate the petitioners in the murder. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
