The petitioner has complained that his daughter has gone missing.

With the passage of time, learned Government Advocate as well as learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl was traced out along with her grandmother in Bangladesh and that she has rejoined her family.

With this, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.
