The petitioner's grievance is that the account bearing No.71946177669 with the Indian Bank, Karimpur Branch, which is a fixed deposit joint account, which has matured, was not being given to her, has now been redressed. The respondent No.1(a) and the petitioner, who hold the aforestated account jointly, have agreed to approach the respondent No.2 on December 15, 2025.

The respondent No.2 will accordingly deal with the matter and disburse the amount lying in the account in equal proportions to the petitioner and the respondent No.1(a).

With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
