As the subject matter involved in the present writ 17.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.7 Rakib petition is identical with that of WPA 28916 of 2024. The directions and the order passed in WPA 28916 of 2024 will apply to the present case also.

Mr. Rajdeep Majumder, learned DSGI along with Mr. Amajit De, learned Special Public Prosecutor is directed to appear in the matter and their appearances may be regularized by the concerned authorities. With the aforesaid observations WPA 30784 of 2024 is disposed of.
