1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for early disposal and J.Misc.01/2024 arising out of T.S./166/2019, under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, pending before the Court of the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Contai, Purba Medinipur.

2. It appears that the title suit which is a suit for partition has been decreed exparte.

3. The petitioner herein, prays for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Case which was filed in the year 2024 for setting aside of the said ex-parte decree.

4. On considering the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Misc.Case expeditiously, preferably within 3 months from the date of this order.

5. The revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of consequently.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
