Chattopadhyay, learned advocate representing the State respondents submits on instruction that petitioner is the second wife of the deceased teacher who died on 17th August, 2023. It is submitted that the first wife also died. Therefore, petitioner being the second wife is entitled to receive pension subject to submission of relevant documents. It is further submitted that petitioner is required to submit legal heir certificate issued by the appropriate authority and no marriage certificate. If requisite documents are submitted by the petitioner before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda being respondent no.3 in that event District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda shall take steps in accordance with law for release of family pension and other dues, if admissible to the petitioner.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
