Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court dated June 20, 2025, the alleged contemnor has paid the cost of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) in favour of the State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal, the original money receipt, produced before this

Court along with the forwarding letter of the applicant, is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

Rule issued, stands discharged.

The restraint order dated April 25, 2025 stands recalled and/or vacated.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding, WPCRC 73 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.
