1. An overtly private dispute between the petitioner and the respondents no. 3,4 and 5 has emanated due to non-payment of its financial accommodation taken by the petitioner from the respondent no. 4.

2. I have been informed that a civil suit has already been filed and orders of injunction are subsisting.

3. The writ petitioner seeks a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 3, 4, 5 and all the private parties to carry out the order of injunction of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Diamond Harbour.

4. The writ court cannot be treated as an executing court of the orders of the civil court and especially when such execution is sought from private parties.

5. This is an utterly frivolous writ petition and warrants nothing but dismissal.

6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
