The same is reflected as an outcome of matrimonial dispute between the petitioner's son and petitioner's daughter-in-law.

The claim of the petitioner is that as the premises belongs to her son, she may be allowed to reside at the said premises.

In view of the petitioner being a senior lady, she would, if so advised,

approach the appropriate authorities under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

If any direction is passed by the authorities, the concerned police station will respect and obey such order and render all possible assistance to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30842 of 2024 is disposed of.
